LUKOIL was one of the first Russian companies to become Shell's partner in Russia. Cooperation between Shell and the Russian oil major started in 1994 with the signing of a bilateral agreement on installation at LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez of a line for the production of industrial lubricants. Today, nearly all the synthetic and semi-synthetic oils and high-octane gasolines produced at LUKOIL's Perm Refinery are made with additives manufactured by Shell.Another area of common interest for the two companies is the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), a major project in the field of construction and operation of transborder oil trunk lines. At present, Shell's share in the CPC project totals 5.5%, including 3.75% within the framework of Rosneft-Shell Caspian Ventures Limited and 1.75% in direct participation.
In 2001, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium started transporting oil. Today, a total of 28 million tons of oil a year is transported via the CPC system. The pipeline is the main way of exporting Caspian oil. Shell buys 15% of the crude produced in the CIS and is its largest buyer in the region. The CPC is the company's strategic route of oil transportation. An expansion of the system - expected to be carried in 2008 - to an annual 67 million tons will enable the CPC to preserve its competitive edge over another major project - the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline.Partner relations between LUKOIL and Shell in the upstream oil sector are successfully developing in Kazakhstan. Shell owns a 50% stake, in equal shares with LUKOIL, in a joint venture for the development of an oil field in the Arman block. Over the past 10 years, more than $250 million has been invested in the development of the joint venture, and over 2 million tons of oil produced.The world's two leading oil companies demonstrate an example of effective partnership and are ready to further develop their cooperation both in Russia and abroad.

jau tada, kai Rusija parėmė Lenkijoj Tuskos liberalus (o jais neturėtų nei viena valstybė pasitikėti:) ir jie laimėjo, jau tada man buvo aišku, kad Mažeikiai bus perleisti Rusijai. Spaudimas tik dėl akių, manding.
O šiaip, jei jau kalbame apie faktus, tai "laisvos rinkos" ir privatizacijos amžiuje, nebederėtų kalbėti taip apibendrintai: "Rusija perka"... "Lenkija parduoda". Būtų labai įdomu sužinot kas valdo pagrindinius akcijų paketus, pvz. LUKoil? Kažkada buvau aptikęs internete, kad 49 procentus LUKoil akcijų buvo įsigijęs Chordarkovskio draugas anglų Baronas Rotschildas. Ar jis jas tebevaldo po to kai jo globoinis sėdo į cypę, neaišku. Paleičikas, kiek suprantu, vadovauja tik Baltijos LUKoil padaliniui. Ar jis savininkas? Pamenu, gerai sutarė su Brazausku, medžiojo kartu, padėjo įsigyti "Družba" viešbutį. Tada Brazauskas džiaugėsi - "dabar išgyvens tik milijonieriai" sakė guosdamas mus... Tačiau net ir didžiausi pinigai nuo vėžio neapgina, o Izraelio draugai taip pat. Tik mūsų nustekenti daktarėliai padėjo ir, greičiausiai, atgala. Visgi ne pinigai valdo pasaulį, ne ekonomika.
Beje, priminsiu faktą, kad kadaise interviu Laisvam Laikraščiui Audrys Butkevičius gyrėsi, jog jis atvedė į Lietuvą Wiljamsą. PAsirašyti su Wiljamsu sutartį laikinai į premjerus buvo prastumtas Abišala. O atsakomybė kažkodėl buvo verčiama ant Tėvynės Sąjungos...

"Williams” veikėjai yra aiškiai pasakę, kad jie į "Mažeikių naftą" atėjo daryti biznio, o ne politikos. Tas pats bus ir su "Orlen"-jiems bus nesvarbu kam parduoti, svarbu gauti pelną. Jeigu "Orlen Lietuva" bus parduota rusams, man regis, to bus tęsinys ir pačioje Lenkijoje - gali atsirasti "Lukoil Orlen Lenkija".
Taigi sodint reikia konservų vadus,kurie pardavė MN viljamsui,nuo to viskas ir prasidėjo..
Ot rėžė komentatorius. Atsivežė 10 milionų tonų. Ištaisykit ponai klaidą. Atsivežė litrų. Jei tonom, tai tanklaivių elė stovėtų iki kremliaus. O ko tie šūdžiai bijo tų rusų. Prisišnekėjo o dabar kinkas drebina. Vistiek visa energetika rusiška. Ir nuo to niekur nesidėsi. Žmonių likimais, savo ąsmeninių problemų tatoms nereikėtų spresti. Tai labai didelis griekas. Nors ir krtikščionys, bet tokias nuodėmes daro lyg nesuprastu, kad užj as reiks atsakyti.
Parduoti Kremliaus globojamiems oligarchams dalį įmonės akcijų,tuo užtikrinant patikimą nebrangios naftos tiekimą,yra viena.Parduoti jiems visą įmonę-yra visiškai kita situacija.Ruskiams reikalingos tik modernesnės naftos perdirbimo technologijos,o ne pelningai dirbanti įmonė.Kaip keistai beskambėtų,bet gana atsilikusi ir pasenusi "Mažeikių nafta",Rusijos realijomis būtų lyg labai moderni įmonė.Prieš porą metų Lukašenka siūlė "Lukoil'ui" įsigyti didesnę dalį Pinsko ir Mozyriaus NPG akcijų,bet "Lukoil" atsisakė.O dėl "Mažeikių naftos" taip aršiai draskosi.Pagalvokite,kodėl??? :)
Kaip koncervas, taip tik savo kišenės žiūri, ar daro atbulai sveikam protui. Kam reikėjo lenkams visas akcijas parduoti? Uždirbo? Nebent savo kišenes papildė. Reikės išpirkti . Imti kreditus. Iš kur daugiau imsi pinigų. Turtas neša pelną. Turiu omenyje veikiančią MN. Akcijas pasidalinti po trečdalį. Lenkai, lietuviai, rusai. Lietuvius turiu omenyje ne eilinę sukčių gaują, kraunančią išlaidas valstybei, o vyriausybę.
